Welcome to Canada Lotto Watch ("the Website" or "the Service"), operated by Canada Lotto Watch Inc., a licensed lottery operator regulated under applicable Canadian provincial gaming laws.
By registering an account, accessing the Website, or purchasing lottery tickets ("Entries"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our Services.
To register an account and purchase tickets, you must strictly meet the following criteria:
You may only open one account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, and address.
As a regulated operator, we are required to verify your identity ("Know Your Customer"). We reserve the right to request copies of government-issued ID and proof of address at any time. Failure to provide this may result in account suspension.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
When you place an order for a lottery ticket, you are instructing Canada Lotto Watch to record your entry into the official draw. A ticket is not considered "purchased" until it has been confirmed by our central gaming system and a transaction receipt has been issued.
Once a ticket purchase has been confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, refunded, or modified. Please check your numbers carefully before confirming your purchase.
Purchases must be completed before the designated cut-off time for the specific draw (typically 10:30 PM ET on draw nights). Bets placed after the cut-off will automatically be entered into the next available draw.
All winning claims are subject to validation against our central computer records. In the event of a discrepancy between the numbers on your screen/email and the official central record, the central record shall prevail.
Lottery winnings are generally not taxable in Canada. However, you are solely responsible for any tax implications in your specific jurisdiction or if you are deemed a professional gambler.
We are committed to providing a safe gaming environment. We offer the following tools:
