1. Introduction and Acceptance

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1. Account Creation

You may only open one account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, and address.

3.2. Identity Verification (KYC)

As a regulated operator, we are required to verify your identity ("Know Your Customer"). We reserve the right to request copies of government-issued ID and proof of address at any time. Failure to provide this may result in account suspension.

3.3. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Purchasing Tickets

4.1. Order Processing

When you place an order for a lottery ticket, you are instructing Canada Lotto Watch to record your entry into the official draw. A ticket is not considered "purchased" until it has been confirmed by our central gaming system and a transaction receipt has been issued.

4.2. "All Sales Final"

Once a ticket purchase has been confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, refunded, or modified. Please check your numbers carefully before confirming your purchase.

4.3. Cut-Off Times

Purchases must be completed before the designated cut-off time for the specific draw (typically 10:30 PM ET on draw nights). Bets placed after the cut-off will automatically be entered into the next available draw.

5. Winnings and Prize Claims

5.1. Validation

All winning claims are subject to validation against our central computer records. In the event of a discrepancy between the numbers on your screen/email and the official central record, the central record shall prevail.

5.2. Prize Payouts

Minor Prizes (Under $1,000): Credited directly to your Canada Lotto Watch player wallet immediately after the draw is validated.
Major Prizes ($1,000 to $24,999): May require additional verification before being credited or transferred via bank transfer.
Jackpot Prizes ($25,000+): Must be claimed in person or via a specific high-value claim process involving our Winner Support Team and regulatory oversight.

5.3. Taxes

Lottery winnings are generally not taxable in Canada. However, you are solely responsible for any tax implications in your specific jurisdiction or if you are deemed a professional gambler.

6. Responsible Gaming

We are committed to providing a safe gaming environment. We offer the following tools:

Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly spending caps.
Self-Exclusion: Voluntarily block access to your account for a set period (e.g., 6 months, 1 year, permanent).
Cool-Off Period: Take a short break (24 hours to 7 days).

If you confirm self-exclusion, you will not be able to reopen your account until the period expires.

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

Use the Website for any unlawful purpose or money laundering activity.
Use a payment method that does not belong to you.

Violation of these rules will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any winnings.

Lost profits, data, or indirect damages arising from the use of the Service.
Errors in third-party data feeds regarding draw results (official results are always verified by the gaming commission).

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Toronto, Ontario.
